Pulwell CFRP Plates For Structural
Strengthening:
The
pultruded CFRP laminate reinforcing consists of bonding the CFRP strip with the
concrete structure using a high-strength epoxy resin as the adhesive. The CFRP
strips are manufactured using a pultrusion process. The pultrusion principle is
comparable with a continuous press. Normally 24,000 parallel filaments are
pulled through the impregnated bath, formed into strips under heat, and
hardened. These strips are uni-directional; the fibers are oriented only in the
longitudinal direction. Correspondingly, the strip strength in this direction
is proportional to the fiber strength and, thus, very high. Strips are produced
with strengths of approximately 3,000 MPa in the longitudinal direction, and
with a thickness of up to 1.5 mm and widths of up to 150 mm.
CFRP laminate reinforcing technology provides a solution for
strengthening problems of concrete structures. It provides great strength, high
modulus of elasticity, and outstanding fatigue resistance. It is a very
lightweight non-corrosive material, that requires minimal preparation of
laminates, and it's alkali resistant. It is an economic method that requires
very short contract times.

Pulwell's FRP Rods For Electrical Fence Systems:
In an
electrical fence system, the animal receives a shock by touching a hot wire ,
which transfers the electrical charge through the animal, through the earth to
the ground rods and back to the controller which completes the circuit. This
system relies on good ground rods and moist, unfrozen earth conditions.
Fiberglass Rod Posts work very well with portable as well as permanent fencing.
Pulwell's fiberglass rod for electrical fence system is made by pultrusion
process with E-glass and UV based polyester resin, which can reach very high
strength, good insulation and durability property. And it causes the following
benefits:
Maintenance
Free:
, will not rot
, will not rust
, will not crack due to cold
Self-Insulating:
, cannot cause a short
, eliminate insulators forever
Durable:
, flex upon impact
, over 2 times the strength of equivalent steel
, pointed tips drive easily
Easy to Install:
, lightweight- 1/4 the weight of steel
Cost
Effective:
, SAVE: eliminates replacing damaged insulators
, SAVE: eliminates tracking down shorts at the post
, SAVE: eliminates realigning tilted or replacing rotted or rusted posts
, SAVE: faster, easier installations
We
have the following sizes in stock: 〉9.5mm,〉10mm,〉12mm, and〉16mm. Any customer
sizes or customer colors are available.
Normally, we provide two types of products: economy products with UV inhibitor
in the resin and weather-proof products with UV coating on the surface. These
products are available in your special length (with or without pointed at one
end) and come packaged 20pcs to a bundle.
